The AMFA-Horizon Air Membership’s Voice Has Been Heard in this Ratified Vote.
AMFA is thrilled to announce that the recent tentative agreement in place for Horizon Air will be a regional industry-changing agreement, including a significant pay increase for our AMFA membership. With a well-deserved increase in compensation for our skilled and dedicated members, Horizon will be able to retain their current tenured employees as well as attract the next generation of employees. This is a win-win for both Horizon and the AMFA-Horizon Air Membership, as it takes care of the current employees, and the future generation of mechanics and related workers. This tentative agreement is a strong step towards a more secure future of growth for Horizon Air and its mechanics and related workers.
With this tentative agreement, we were able to secure:
- A 26.3% average increase over the two-year duration of the agreement

- Industry-leading shortened pay progression scale from 9 years to 6 years
- Ratification payout equal to retroactive pay to January 28, 2022
